JOB TITLE:    Customer Service Officer
LOCATION:     Benin/Port Harcourt
DIVISION/DEPARTMENT:  Sales Adminsitration
 REPORTS TO          Customer Service Executive

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·         Keep Company’s records of transactions with its numerous customers property/promptly and ensure completeness, reliability and accuracy.

·         Provide Customer Service in a professional and excellent manner to promote retention of Company’s customers for continued business

·         Attend to all Customers enquiries, complaints, requests and queries in a prompt and professionally efficient manner

·         Contribute to the development of an encyclopedia of accepted solutions to problems frequently presented by customers at the Service Centre.

·         Serve as a vehicle to obtain customer feedback for the use of the larger Company

·         Participate in providing technical back up concerning customer accounting to the sales force.
EDUCATION:
·         University degree in Social Sciences or Arts

REQUIREMENTS:
·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Computer Proficiency

·         Willing to relocate

EXPERIENCE:
·         One year post NYSC experience working in customer service (preferably within the oil and gas sector)
