Job Title: Support Engineer
The Role
The Support Engineer will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for providing website and technical support to external organizations, as well as help our customers to resolve technical challenges. In addition you will be the ‘link’ to our technology provider/s. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Internet or be ready to learn and grow quickly.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic support and escalate problems
- Help customer with resolving technical problems
- Handle contact with technology supplier regarding technical issues
- Support colleagues with various computer related issues
- Offer basic desktop/laptop support;
- First Class Degree in Engineering
- Previous experience in a technical support role an advantage
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- You are service-minded, a quick learner and a problem solver
- You have good interpersonal skills.
